Inward Disclosure

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Inward Wellbeing PBC provides readings, perspectives, practices, and coaching for personal reflection and development. This Disclosure applies to our website, reports, readings, timing maps, sessions, groups, coaching, and related communications. It covers guidance provided in writing or conversation, by people or with AI assistance.

1. General guidance and professional advice

Our content provides general information and guidance. It does not provide medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, legal, or other expert professional advice. Personalizing content to your birth details, experiences, or questions does not change those limits.

Before adopting a suggestion or drawing a conclusion that could affect your health, finances, legal rights, or another matter requiring professional judgment, consult an appropriately qualified professional. Do not disregard professional advice or delay appropriate care because of our content.

Relationship guidance is not marriage or family therapy. Coaching does not diagnose or treat a condition or replace treatment for addiction or another clinical concern. Purchasing a service does not create a therapist-patient, investment adviser-client, or lawyer-client relationship.

2. Interpretations and timing

Our readings use a traditional Chinese method to interpret patterns from birth details. They offer a perspective to consider alongside your experience and other relevant information. They do not establish verified facts about your character, another person’s intentions, or what will happen in your life.

The Patterns Report focuses on underlying patterns, past chapters, and your present season. Its dated checks let you compare an interpretation with your experience. Recognizing a pattern or a past event does not establish that every interpretation is accurate or that future timing will be correct.

Compass may examine future periods and describe conditions as supportive, strained, mixed, quiet, or changing. Supportive timing does not guarantee success. Strained timing does not mean an outcome is inevitable or that you must stop or wait. A timing map does not replace practical information or your judgment.

Practitioner experience, lineage, and calibration describe how we approach the work. They do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or future events.

3. People and AI can make mistakes

Both AI systems and people can make mistakes. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for you, even when it is specific, persuasive, personalized, or reviewed by a practitioner.

Check important facts and consider the limits of an interpretation before relying on it. Our AI Terms explain AI-assisted work. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and how to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

4. Outcomes and client stories

We do not guarantee a particular job, income, business result, financial return, relationship outcome, health change, or other life result. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and decisions, other people, and conditions outside either your or Inward’s control.

Client stories and testimonials describe individual experiences. They do not establish what every client, or a typical client, will experience. A result from an earlier service does not predict the result of a current offer. Stories identified as prior coaching with CK refer to that earlier work.

A client’s quoted accuracy rating is that person’s assessment, unless we expressly identify another measurement and explain its basis. It is not, by itself, an independently verified accuracy rate for Inward’s method or a prediction of your experience.

Where a testimonial involves a complimentary or discounted service, a relevant personal or business relationship, or another material benefit, we disclose that connection with the testimonial. A general statement on this page does not replace the context or disclosures needed alongside a particular story.

5. Your decisions and participation

You decide how much weight to give our perspectives and suggestions. This applies whether you act, delay, or take no action. An interpretation can influence a decision even when it does not contain a direct instruction. Do not use our content as the sole basis for an important decision about career, money, business, marriage, family, health, or legal matters.

Participation in breathing, attention, or movement practices is voluntary. Follow qualified advice about your own limits and stop if a practice causes pain, dizziness, or distress. Do not practice breath exercises while driving, operating equipment, or in water.

6. Our service commitments and liability limits

We remain responsible for the express service commitments we make when you purchase. The Patterns Report refund guarantee and any other applicable purchase or cancellation rights remain in place. A satisfaction guarantee does not promise a particular life outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inward disclaims liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from reliance on, interpretation of, or application of our content, including a decision to act or refrain from acting. This is subject to Sections 13 through 16 of the Terms of Service, including their exceptions, single aggregate liability cap, and dispute process. This Disclosure does not create a separate liability cap or remove a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This Disclosure forms part of the Terms of Service and follows their update process. It does not change the Privacy Policy’s rules for handling personal information.
