Relationship Compass

You are both trying.

But what one person gives is not always what the other experiences as care.

One of you says, “I do a lot.”

The other says, “I still feel alone.”

Relationship Compass shows where your effort keeps missing, what each person actually recognizes as care, and how to build a shared way of supporting one another.

BEGIN RELATIONSHIP COMPASS — $1,000

Includes both partners, Nancy’s Couple Interaction Map, one private two-hour Zoom session, and your written Couple Compass plan.

Where care goes missing

The love is present. The effort is missing in transit.

One person counts care through providing, solving, building, or responding when asked.

The other counts care through anticipation, presence, relief, or not having to ask.

Both people can be giving. Both people can still feel deprived.

One partner is deep in work meant to support the family. The other is tracking the children, dinner, appointments, and what must happen next.

One experiences a costly interruption. The other experiences one more responsibility they had to notice and assign.

“I am doing everything I can” meets “Why do I still feel like I am carrying this alone?”

Equal standing from the beginning

One of you found this first. Both of you shape what happens next.

Usually one person discovers Relationship Compass and begins the conversation.

The invitation is to look together at how each of you gives care, carries responsibility, and contributes to the life you share—then decide what would help you work better as a team.

Both perspectives shape the Interaction Map. The final agreement includes only what both of you choose.

The premium value

See the interaction. Talk about it together. Decide how you want to live.
